Sometimes life is confusing, painful and problematic and we are troubled, distressed and not at peace with our lives or, ourselves. I fully believe that counselling is a setting in which we are able to speak freely and not feel judged; a place where we are met with empathy and understanding. I truly believe a setting such as this provides the basis from which healing can begin.

It is absolutely my belief that the answers to our questions lie within us and we just need some assistance in navigating to those answers. Whatever it is you are seeking help with, I would love to work with you to find your answers, clarity and peace. By listening to you and exploring your thoughts and feelings with you, you will begin to make sense of yourself, your situation and how you're thinking and feeling.

To be heard unconditionally gives us the space to process what is happening for us. The counselling space is your space to explore yourself in a safe and supported way and reach solution. I offer a free 20 minute telephone session whereby you can talk about what it is you are seeking counselling for and whether I sound like the right person for you. It is then entirely your choice as to whether you make an appointment for a full session where we can talk more about your needs, goals and expectations for what you want to get out of your counselling sessions.

Starting a counselling journey can be daunting I know but I aim to make it as easy and comfortable as I can. I am fully qualified and insured.  I trained at the Metanoia Institute and qualified with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Humanistic Counselling. I recently began my Masters Degree in Humanistic Psychotherapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes and my fee is £55.00.  I offer concessions for low income and pensioners.
